HEAT CONTROLS
Adloheat heat controls are used to control low level heat. The thermostat turns on when the temperature drops below the level set on the dial.

FAN/FRIDGE CONTROLS
Adloheat fan controls are used to control a fan or refrigeration unit. The fan thermostat turns on when the temperature goes above the level set on the dial. For Brew use: The controller will turn the brew fridge/freezer on and off to achieve temperature you set. (0 - 40 degrees C dial). This is used for maintaining stable temperature control during fermentation and racking stages.
